Delhi Cabz & Services is a chauffeur-driven cab company headquartered at 474 Ground Floor, Housing Board Colony, Sector 51, Gurugram, Haryana 122003, India. We operate across Delhi NCR and on outstation routes across North India.
We operate the website at delhicabz.com (the “Site”) and use it to take bookings, share information about our services, and communicate with clients. This policy applies to all information collected through the Site, by phone, by WhatsApp, and through any standing account arrangement.
For the purposes of Indian data protection law, Delhi Cabz & Services is the data controller for personal information we collect about you.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any third-party tracking beyond Google Analytics. Our website is built on WordPress with Elementor and hosted on cPanel infrastructure in India.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies does not affect your ability to book or use the Site in any way.

Our services are intended for adults booking on behalf of themselves or their families. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18.
For school run and student transport bookings, personal information is provided by a parent or guardian, or by the institution. We treat this information with the same protections as all other client data.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child without parental consent, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time — for example, if we change how we collect or use data, or if the law requires it. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
For significant changes that affect how we use your personal information, we will notify active account clients directly by WhatsApp or email before the change takes effect.
Continued use of our services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
