Send us the itinerary — dates, cities, pickup points, and any specific requirements. We return a fixed price for the full ground transport component of that package. Your team can quote this to clients as a line item. No per-day rates to tally, no separate tolls invoice, no driver accommodation charges calculated after the fact.
Vehicle & Chauffeur
The vehicle and chauffeur assigned at the start stay for the full duration. Your client meets their driver on Day 1 and the same person is at the hotel entrance on every subsequent morning. We do not rotate drivers across city boundaries or swap vehicles at overnight stops. This is the operational standard that distinguishes a package from a series of bookings.
Agency Coordinator
Your agency has a named coordinator at Delhi Cabz for all active client trips. When a client calls your helpdesk with a transport issue on Day 4 of a Rajasthan circuit, your team calls one number and gets the answer. We do not redirect agency contacts to individual drivers or to a generic support line.
Billing
Choose monthly consolidated billing for all client trips, or per-package invoicing for agencies that pass costs directly to clients. GST-compliant invoicing with the package reference included. The price includes all tolls, state taxes, and driver accommodation at overnight stops. No additional charges after the package completes unless the client adds destinations or days mid-trip.
The client or your operations team contacts our coordinator. We quote the additional cost for the change on the spot — adding a day, a destination, or a detour. If the client declines, the original itinerary continues. If they accept, the adjustment is confirmed and added to the final invoice. There is no rebooking process or new confirmation required from the agency side.
Yes. For packages with international clients, we assign chauffeurs who are comfortable communicating in English — clearly and professionally. Drivers for international package tours are briefed on the client’s nationality, the itinerary, and any specific points of interest so they can engage meaningfully without being prompted. This is particularly relevant for FIT packages where the driver and client spend significant time together.
You receive a single monthly consolidated invoice covering all packages completed that month — each package listed with the client reference and route. Alternatively, per-package invoicing is available for agencies that need to pass costs directly to clients with a separate document. All invoices are GST-compliant. There are no individual driver receipts for your accounts team to process.
We offer premium sedans for solo and couple FIT packages, Innova Crysta for families and small groups up to 7, and larger Tempo Travellers for groups from 8 to 12. For Rajasthan heritage and honeymoon packages, we can arrange luxury SUVs with enhanced presentation. Vehicle type is agreed at the itinerary pricing stage — not allocated on the day.
