Refund Policy

We understand plans change. Our policy is straightforward — the closer you are to the trip, the more we have already committed on our end. We will always tell you exactly where you stand.

How to cancel: Call or WhatsApp us directly on +91 813 014 1423. All cancellations must be confirmed by us — a message left without acknowledgement is not a confirmed cancellation. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of confirmed cancellation.

More than 6 hours before pickup FULL REFUND 100% refund. No questions asked.
2–6 hours before pickup PARTIAL REFUND 50% refund. Driver has been briefed and is on standby.
Less than 2 hours before pickup NO REFUND Driver has departed or is en route. Full amount forfeited.
No-show at pickup point NO REFUND Driver waited 30 minutes. Full amount forfeited.

Flight delays: We track your flight. If your flight is delayed, your driver waits — no cancellation, no extra charge. If your flight is cancelled, let us know as soon as possible and we will reschedule or refund in full.

24–48 hours before departure PARTIAL REFUND 75% refund. Driver has been assigned and travel planned.
6–24 hours before departure PARTIAL REFUND 50% refund. Driver briefed, vehicle prepped.
Less than 6 hours before departure NO REFUND Driver is on standby or en route to your location.
Mid-trip cancellation NO REFUND Full trip cost applies. One-way fare calculated if applicable.

Multi-day trips: If you shorten a multi-day trip after it has started, the days completed are charged in full. Days not travelled are not refunded if the change is made with less than 24 hours notice for that day.

School holiday — notified the day before NO CHARGE Notify us by 8:00 PM the evening before and the day is not billed.
Same-day cancellation (after 8 PM prior night) 50% CHARGE Driver has been confirmed for the morning. Half the day's fare applies.
Ending a standing arrangement NO PENALTY Give us 7 days notice to end a weekly arrangement. No penalty, no lock-in.
No-show — child not at pickup point FULL DAY CHARGE Driver waited 15 minutes. Full single-day fare applies.

Holidays and exam schedules: Share your school’s term calendar with us at the start of the arrangement and we will manage the schedule proactively — you will not need to cancel individual days.

1–4 hours before booking time PARTIAL REFUND 50% refund. Driver has been allocated to your booking.
Less than 1 hour before booking time NO REFUND Driver is en route or on standby at pickup location.
Early end to hourly disposal PRORATED Hours used are charged. Unused hours refunded at the per-hour rate agreed.
WHEN YOU CANCEL REFUND DETAIL
More than 14 days before the event FULL REFUND 100% refund. Run-sheet planning begins 7–10 days out — we have not started yet.
7–14 days before the event 75% REFUND Planning has begun. Driver assignments and routing are underway.
48 hours – 7 days before the event 50% REFUND Run-sheet is finalised. Drivers have been briefed and confirmed.
Less than 48 hours before the event NO REFUND Vehicles are staged and drivers are on confirmed standby for the event.
Reduction in vehicle count Case by case Contact us. If we can reallocate the vehicle, we will refund the difference.

Wedding planners: We understand that guest counts shift. Reducing vehicle numbers by up to 20% within 7 days is accommodated without penalty where we can redeploy the vehicle. Speak to your coordinator directly.

Guest cancels trip — 4+ hours notice NO CHARGE The booking is removed from your monthly bill.
Guest cancels trip — under 4 hours 50% CHARGE Driver allocated. Half the agreed trip rate is billed to your account.
Guest no-show FULL CHARGE Driver waited 30 minutes. Full trip rate billed to the hotel account.
Ending the hotel partnership NO PENALTY 30 days written notice to end the arrangement. No lock-in beyond that.

All hotel account charges appear on your consolidated monthly invoice. Individual trip disputes can be raised with your coordinator within 7 days of the trip date.

Individual trip cancelled — under 3 hours 50% CHARGE Driver was confirmed and on standby. Half the trip rate applies.
Recurring booking cancelled for the day NO CHARGE Notify us by 8:00 PM the evening before. Not billed.
Closing a corporate account NO PENALTY 30 days notice to close. Final invoice covers all trips in the closing period.

Corporate account disputes — including incorrect billing or trip discrepancies — must be raised within 14 days of the invoice date. Contact your account coordinator directly, not via general support.

Refund Timeline

5–7 Working Days

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. UPI and bank transfer refunds typically clear within 3–5 working days. Card refunds may take up to 7 working days depending on your bank.

If We Cancel

Full Refund, Always

If we cancel your booking for any reason — vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or any failure on our end — you receive a 100% refund. No deductions, no vouchers unless you prefer one.

Force Majeure

Reschedule First

For cancellations due to severe weather, road closures, bandhs, or other unavoidable events, we will always offer a reschedule first. If you cannot reschedule, a full refund is issued.

Advance Payments

Applied to Your Trip

Any advance or booking amount paid is applied against your final trip total. It is not a separate deposit — it is part of what you owe for the journey.

Payment Fees

Non-Refundable

Any payment gateway or bank processing fees charged at the time of booking are not refundable, regardless of the cancellation reason. These are not charged by us.
