These terms govern your use of Delhi Cabz & Services and apply to every booking — whether made by phone, WhatsApp, or through our website. Please read them before booking. If anything is unclear, call us before you confirm.

About Us

Delhi Cabz & Services is a chauffeur-driven cab company registered and operating in India, headquartered at 474 Ground Floor, Housing Board Colony, Sector 51, Gurugram, Haryana 122003. We operate across Delhi NCR and on outstation routes across North India.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Delhi Cabz & Services every time you book a service with us. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to Delhi Cabz & Services. “You” and “your” refer to the person or organisation making the booking.

By confirming a booking — by phone, WhatsApp, our website, or any other means — you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when we have acknowledged it — by call, WhatsApp message, or written confirmation. An enquiry or request alone does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Accuracy of details — you are responsible for providing correct pickup address, drop-off address, date, time, number of passengers, and any relevant travel details such as flight numbers. Errors in these details that affect the service are your responsibility.
Advance bookings — we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for airport transfers and outstation trips. Same-day bookings are accommodated when availability permits but cannot be guaranteed.
Event and wedding bookings — for multi-vehicle event transport, we require a written brief at least 7 days in advance. The booking is confirmed on receipt of your advance payment and our written acknowledgement.
Standing arrangements — school runs, hotel partnerships, corporate accounts, and other recurring arrangements are governed by the terms of the written arrangement agreed at setup, in addition to these general terms.

Changes to confirmed bookings — contact us as early as possible. We will accommodate changes where driver assignment and routing allow. Changes made with less than 2 hours notice on the day may not be possible and do not entitle you to a refund if the original booking cannot be fulfilled due to the late change.

Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted by Delhi Cabz & Services are fixed and agreed before the trip begins. We do not apply surge pricing at any time of day, on any day of the year.

What is included — the agreed price covers the trip as specified at booking: the vehicle, the chauffeur, and the fuel for the agreed route. Tolls, state border taxes, and parking charges are included unless expressly excluded at the time of quotation.
What is not included — meals, driver accommodation for multi-day outstation trips (typically a nominal amount agreed in advance), and any services not specified in the original booking.
Waiting charges — for airport transfers, we allow a 30-minute free waiting period after the scheduled pickup time or after the flight lands. Beyond this, a waiting charge applies at the rate agreed at booking or, where not specified, at our standard rate communicated on request.
Route changes mid-trip — if you change the destination or add stops mid-trip, we will quote an additional charge on the spot. You are under no obligation to accept, but we are under no obligation to continue at the original price if the trip scope has changed materially.
GST — where applicable, GST is included in the quoted price unless stated otherwise. GST-compliant invoices are issued on request and are standard for all corporate and institutional accounts.

We accept all major UPI apps (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, cash on completion, and card payments. Confirm your preferred method at booking.

Advance Payments

Applied to your trip total

Any advance or deposit paid at booking is applied against your final trip cost. It is not a separate deposit — it forms part of what you owe for the journey.

Cancellations & Refunds

Our full cancellation and refund policy — including specific terms for each service type — is set out separately on our Cancellation & Refund Policy page. These terms incorporate that policy by reference.

The key principles are:

Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice receive a full or partial refund depending on the service type and timing.
Once a driver has been dispatched or driver details have been shared, cancellations are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable. A no-show occurs when the driver has waited the specified period at the pickup location and the passenger is not present and not reachable.
If we cancel a confirmed booking for any reason, you receive a 100% refund with no deductions.
All refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Our Obligations

When you book with Delhi Cabz & Services, we commit to the following:

Vehicle and driver — we will provide a background-verified chauffeur in a clean, roadworthy, air-conditioned vehicle appropriate for the booking.
Punctuality — we will make every reasonable effort to be at the pickup location at the agreed time. For airport transfers, we track your flight and adjust if it is delayed.
Driver details — we will share the driver's name and vehicle registration number with you before the trip begins.
Fixed pricing — the price agreed at booking is the price you pay. We will not add charges after the trip without your prior agreement, except for route changes or additions made during the journey.
Substitution — if the assigned vehicle or driver is unavailable, we will inform you as early as possible and assign a suitable replacement. If no suitable replacement is available, we will cancel the booking and issue a full refund.
Confidentiality — for VIP, celebrity, and sensitive bookings, we maintain the confidentiality standards described in our VIP Transport service terms.

We do not guarantee specific vehicle models unless confirmed in writing at booking. We guarantee the vehicle category and standard, not the make or model.

Your Obligations

When you use Delhi Cabz & Services, you agree to the following:

Accurate information — provide correct booking details, including pickup address, time, passenger count, and any special requirements. We are not responsible for failed pickups caused by incorrect information.
Punctuality — be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time. Drivers wait 30 minutes for airport transfers and 15 minutes for other trips before the booking is treated as a no-show.
Conduct in the vehicle — treat the vehicle and driver with respect. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Consumption of alcohol is not permitted without prior arrangement. Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will be charged at the cost of repair.
Passenger count — the number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle capacity confirmed at booking. Drivers are entitled to refuse travel to additional passengers if the vehicle is over capacity.
Luggage — luggage should not exceed the capacity of the vehicle booked. For outstation trips with significant luggage, specify this at booking so an appropriate vehicle is assigned.
Legal compliance — you and your fellow passengers must comply with all applicable Indian laws during the journey, including seat belt requirements and restricted zone access rules.
Children and car seats — we do not provide child car seats as standard. If you require a child seat, please inform us at booking and we will advise on availability or alternatives.

Liability

Delhi Cabz & Services maintains appropriate insurance for the vehicles and drivers in our network as required under Indian law, including third-party liability insurance under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.

Our liability is limited as follows:

Delays beyond our control — we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, accidents, bandhs, or any other event outside our reasonable control. We will make every effort to communicate delays promptly.
Lost property — we are not responsible for personal belongings left in a vehicle after the trip. If you believe you have left something in one of our vehicles, contact us immediately on +91 813 014 1423. We will make reasonable efforts to retrieve and return it, but we cannot guarantee recovery.
Third-party services — for bookings that involve connecting services (onward flights, hotel check-ins, event schedules), we are not liable for losses arising from delays to our service unless caused by our negligence.
Force majeure — we are not liable for failure to perform where prevented by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government orders, or declared emergencies. In these cases, we will offer to reschedule or issue a full refund.
Maximum liability — to the extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim arising from a single booking shall not exceed the total amount paid for that booking.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Standing Accounts

Corporate accounts, hotel partnerships, expat arrangements, school run contracts, and wedding planner partnerships are governed by the written arrangement agreed at setup, which supplements these general terms. In the event of a conflict, the written arrangement takes precedence for account-specific matters.

Invoicing — monthly consolidated invoices are issued at the end of each billing period. Invoice disputes must be raised within 14 days of the invoice date.
Account closure — accounts may be closed by either party with 30 days written notice. Outstanding balances are payable on closure.
Credit terms — payment is due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payment may result in suspension of the account.
Authorised contacts — bookings made by an authorised contact on your account are binding on the account. If an authorised contact leaves your organisation, inform us immediately so we can update the account.

Disputes

We would rather resolve any issue quickly and directly than through a formal process. If you have a complaint about a trip, a charge, or our service, contact us as soon as possible:

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at delhicabz.com/terms. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will notify active account clients directly.
