Fixed. The price we confirm with you is the price you pay — regardless of traffic, time of day, or distance variation. We do not apply surge pricing at any time. The only changes are if you add stops or change the destination mid-trip, in which case we quote the addition before proceeding.
We track your flight. If it is delayed, your chauffeur waits — no extra charge for delays up to the first 30 minutes. For longer delays, we adjust the pickup time and keep you updated. You do not need to call us for flight delays; we see them in real time.
We accept UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, cash, and card. For outstation trips and events, a partial advance may be required at booking. For airport and local trips, you can pay on completion. Corporate and hotel accounts are billed monthly.
