Section 02Airport pickup for patients and attendants
Most international patients land at IGI Airport after a long, often overnight flight. We meet you inside the terminal, help with the luggage, and drive you straight to your hospital or accommodation in a comfortable car. We track the flight, so the car is ready whether you land early or late, and there is room for the family travelling with you. After a long journey, being met by name and taken directly where you need to go takes real pressure off the first day.

Section 04Transport through the whole stay
Treatment rarely happens in one visit. There are consultations beforehand, the procedure itself, follow ups afterwards, and often weeks of recovery in between. For longer stays, a monthly arrangement gives you the same car and chauffeur for an agreed pattern of trips, the hospital runs, the pharmacy and the errands the accompanying family needs to do, without booking each one separately. It works the same way as our expat arrangements, built around your actual schedule.
Section 05Comfortable, careful and private
For a patient who is unwell or recovering, a crowded metro or a random app cab is not the right way to travel. Our cars are cleaned before every trip, the chauffeurs are background verified and drive smoothly and patiently, and the larger vehicles such as the Innova make getting in and out easier. If you have a specific requirement, tell us when you book and we will arrange the most suitable car. To be clear, this is comfortable private car travel with a professional chauffeur, not a medical or ambulance service.
Section 06Fixed fares and how to book
Every trip is quoted at a fixed fare, agreed in advance, so the cost is clear while you focus on the treatment. You can book directly, or your hospital’s international patient coordinator or your travel facilitator can arrange it on your behalf. For a long stay, ask about a monthly package.
