In a standing arrangement, your hotel has a pre-agreed rate card, a named coordinator, and an account that all trips are booked against. Your concierge does not need to request quotes, negotiate rates, or find a driver for each guest. One call to the coordinator confirms the trip. At the end of the month, one invoice covers everything. Individual trip bookings require the hotel to start this process from scratch each time — which creates inconsistency in pricing and service quality.
Yes. Drivers assigned to hotel accounts are briefed on the property’s presentation standard — attire, conduct, communication style with guests, and how to handle luggage. For luxury and five-star properties, we assign drivers who are experienced with the guest profile those properties attract. A driver at your hotel entrance is an extension of your guest experience, and we treat that accordingly.
We offer two billing structures. The most common for hotels is monthly consolidated billing — all trips across the month on one GST-compliant invoice issued to the property. Alternatively, trips can be billed per-trip directly, with the hotel adding the charge to the guest’s folio. Many hotels use a hybrid — monthly billing for standing airport shuttle agreements and per-trip for guest-facing excursions.
Yes. For wedding events at hotel properties, we manage the full transport operation — guest airport pickups across Terminal 2 and Terminal 3, shuttle buses between the hotel and off-site venues if required, baraat convoy sequencing, bride and groom entry vehicles, and returning guest dispersal across Delhi NCR after each function. We work with your wedding coordinator in advance to plan vehicle counts and departure sequences for every day of the programme.
There is no fixed minimum. We work with boutique properties that need two or three airport transfers a week and with large resort hotels that need 15 to 20 vehicles across a wedding weekend. The arrangement is structured around your actual volume — a rate card and coordinator are available regardless of scale. If your volume grows, the arrangement scales with it under the same account.
