Primarily with planners. We prefer to work directly with the event management agency because the planner understands the full programme — the function sequence, the venue access constraints, the guest logistics complexity — in a way that allows us to plan properly. Direct-to-couple arrangements work for simpler events, but for multi-day destination weddings we strongly prefer the planner as our primary contact.
For destination weddings in Udaipur or Jaipur, we prefer four to six weeks in advance. This gives us time to plan the airport pickup sequences, understand the venue access rules, and confirm the vehicle count for each function. For Delhi NCR weddings, two to three weeks is workable. We do not take last-minute destination wedding transport briefs — the planning is too complex to compress.
Yes. Multi-city guest arrival is standard for the destination weddings we support. For a Udaipur wedding, guests arriving at Maharana Pratap Airport, guests flying into Jaipur and transferring, and guests coming by road from Delhi — we coordinate all three streams simultaneously and ensure every guest has a confirmed vehicle regardless of their arrival route.

Baraat convoys are one of the more operationally complex parts of a wedding day — 15 to 40 vehicles moving from a family residence or hotel to the venue in a sequence that holds together across Delhi traffic or Jaipur’s Walled City lanes. We plan the convoy route, brief every driver, and manage the procession flow in real time with someone on the ground on the day.
We invoice the planner’s agency directly, which then includes transport in the client’s overall wedding account. Alternatively, we invoice the wedding family directly if that is cleaner for your operation. All invoices are GST-compliant and itemised by function or by day. There are no per-vehicle receipts to collect — one document covers the full transport programme.
